Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand project schedules shift. We ask for fair advance notice so we can reallocate our engineering vans to urgent leak calls.

Cancellation window

Notify us by telephone or email at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled visit to incur zero fees. Cancellations inside that period may be billed for dedicated parts already purchased on your behalf, as stated in the quote.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling carries no fee. We will offer the earliest available workshop or site visit opening within one business day.

Conditions requiring a refund

We issue a complete refund if we cancel your job, fail to complete the contracted work, or deliver results that diverge from the quote without resolving the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Deposits paid for standard stocked items are refunded in full if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the booked visit.
  • Deposits for non-standard, custom-machined, or specially ordered brass parts cannot be refunded once the component has been dispatched by the foundry.
  • Where on-site inspection reveals an unfixable structural pipe issue beyond brassware scope, we charge only our standard diagnostic fee and refund any remaining balance.

Requesting your refund

  1. Call our central workshop line or reply directly to your booking confirmation email.
  2. Provide your invoice reference code and reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
  3. Confirm your preferred bank details if a deposit return is due.

Timeline

Approved deposit refunds are processed by bank transfer within three working days.
