How prices are set
Initial phone estimates are based on customer descriptions and photos. A firm quote is confirmed on site following visual inspection and pressure testing before work starts.

We quote our work clearly before picking up a spanner. You receive an upfront written price covering both replacement brassware and our engineering labour.

Payment methods
We take cash upon job sign-off and direct bank transfers against issued invoices. This website does not process or record card transactions.

Invoicing
An itemised VAT-compliant invoice is issued immediately upon completion of the work, listing labour time, fitted parts, and warranty coverage.

Deposits and materials
Special-order brass valves or bespoke manifold assemblies exceeding £300 require a 30% advance deposit before ordering. Standard stocked repairs require zero deposit.

Late payment
Invoices not settled within 14 days of completion incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
