How We Carry Out Work
- 1Locate external supply isolationWe isolate the water supply at the street boundary box or local riser valve to allow safe de-pressurisation.
- 2Remove redundant brass hardwareWe cut back damaged copper tube cleanly, deburr the pipe ends, and clear residual flux or scale.
- 3Fit high-flow brass ball valveA heavy-pattern valve is mechanically secured using matched brass olives or mechanical copper press couplings.
- 4Re-commission and verify shut-downWe re-pressurise the line, test the valve handle in both open and closed positions, and check for weeping joints.
Twelve-Month Mechanical Workmanship Guarantee
