How We Carry Out Work
- 1Isolate heating manifoldWe close primary flow and return isolation valves to work on the manifold bars without draining the full system.
- 2Service metering valves and ventsIndividual flow meter sight glasses are extracted, cleared of magnetite deposits, and resealed with synthetic O-rings.
- 3Replace leaking brass componentsWorn fill and drain valves, end caps, and automatic bleeders are replaced with genuine manifold parts.
- 4Hydronic balancing and commissioningThe primary circulator is run while we set loop flow rates to design specifications in litres per minute.
